Non-Surgical

Injectables
& skin.

Not everyone needs surgery — and not everyone is ready. Neuromodulators, biostimulators, and gentle resurfacing maintain the periorbital frame, delay surgery, or polish a surgical result.

Surgeon-led, not menu-driven

The periorbital area has the thinnest skin on the face and the least room for error. Treating it well takes the same anatomical judgment as operating on it — which is why your injector here is the surgeon, not a rotating roster.

  • Neuromodulators (Botox / Dysport) for crow's-feet, frown lines, and a subtle brow lift
  • Hyaluronic-acid filler for tear troughs and temples — placed conservatively
  • Biostimulators to rebuild collagen and skin quality over time
  • Energy resurfacing and peels for fine lines, tone, and crepey lower-lid skin

Our philosophy

We treat to restore, not to inflate. The aim is a version of you that looks well-rested and at ease — never frozen, never overfilled. When a non-surgical plan can't honestly achieve your goal, we'll say so and show you what surgery would do instead.

Questions

Honest answers.

Will I look frozen or overdone?
No. We dose for natural movement and treat conservatively. The goal is to soften lines while you still look fully expressive.
Can injectables delay surgery?
Often, yes — a well-planned non-surgical regimen can maintain the eye area for years. We'll be candid about when it's genuinely maintaining you versus when surgery would serve you better.
Is there any downtime?
Neuromodulators and most filler are essentially downtime-free. Resurfacing varies from a day of redness to a short peeling period, which we'll outline before treatment.
Who performs the treatment?
Dr. Ahn personally performs periorbital injectables. The delicate anatomy around the eye is exactly where surgeon-level expertise matters most.
