Brow Rejuvenation
Brow &
forehead lift.
A heavy brow crowds the upper lid and weighs on the whole expression. Repositioning it — by millimeters, in the right shape — lifts the eyes and reads as refreshed, never startled.

The brow sets the stage for the eye
Much of what people read as "tired eyes" actually starts above them: a brow that has descended over the years, pressing skin down onto the upper lid. Lift the brow correctly and the eye opens — sometimes enough to make eyelid surgery unnecessary, sometimes alongside it.
The risk in brow surgery is overcorrection — the permanently surprised look. The defense against it is restraint and shape: brows belong slightly lower and flatter in men, with a gentle lateral peak in women.
You may be a good candidate if…
- Your brows sit low or have lost their natural arch
- You feel heaviness at the outer corners of the eyes
- Deep horizontal forehead lines come from holding the brows up
- You want the eyes opened without an over-pulled look
The technique, in plain terms
Most lifts here are endoscopic: a few short incisions hidden in the hairline, through which the brow is released and resecured at a natural height. There's no long classic "coronal" scar. For some, a temporal (lateral) lift addresses just the outer brow through even smaller incisions.
Recovery
What the
week looks like.
A little more downtime than eyelid surgery, with forehead numbness that fades over weeks.
Mild forehead swelling and tightness. A light dressing may be used overnight.
Sutures or staples removed; hair hides incisions. Bruising is usually easy to conceal.
Temporary scalp numbness and itching resolve as nerves recover.
Brow position and shape have settled into their natural, lasting place.
